FAQ

FAQ

How many decks are used?

One standard 52-card deck by default. Reshuffle rebuilds and shuffles a fresh deck.

Can the same card appear twice before reshuffle?

No. Drawn cards leave the deck until you reshuffle—draws are without replacement.

What is concealed mode?

Card backs show until you choose to reveal faces—useful for streaming or hidden draws.

Are jokers included?

Not in v1. The deck is the standard four-suit 52-card set.

Does state persist?

Yes. Deck, discard, and history reload from localStorage on this device.

How fair is the shuffle?

Shuffles use crypto.getRandomValues with Fisher–Yates in utility-core. Suitable for casual play—not a regulated casino deal.

Can I draw multiple cards at once?

Yes. Choose a draw count to pull several cards in one action if enough remain.

How do keyboard and screen-reader users get the result?

Primary controls are keyboard reachable. Draw outcomes are announced via an accessible live region; concealed mode still exposes that a draw occurred while faces stay hidden until reveal.
